šÆ Main Accountabilities
- Conduct organization-wide learning needs analysis and develop strategic solutions.
- Coordinate all logistics for internal and external training programs.
- Develop materials and facilitate internal training sessions on HR-related topics.
- Identify and manage relationships with external training providers.
- Coordinate with colleagues to leverage the WCO's e-learning platform for staff development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D activities and implement improvements.
- Contribute to budget preparation and monitor L&D expenditures.
- Support the development and implementation of a competency framework.
š Eligibility Criteria
Education
Experience & Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Learning & Development.
- Proven experience in conducting learning needs analysis and implementing L&D activities.
- Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.
- High discretion and diplomacy with sensitive matters.
Languages
Fluency in English or French
Knowledge of the other official language
