šÆ Main Accountabilities
- Lead the modernization of HR policies and initiatives.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle and optimize the candidate experience.
- Advise and coach managers on performance management.
- Design employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
- Provide guidance on Staff Manuals, HR policies, and contractual terms.
- Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making.

Education
Experience & Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of practical HR experience.
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR policy development.
- Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.
- High discretion and diplomacy with sensitive matters.
Languages
Fluency in English or French
Knowledge of the other official language
